Search for Mrs. Stevens County announced

Mrs. Minnesota pageant, which will be held at "Ritsche Auditorium", March

16 and 17, 2013 in St. Cloud.

The woman chosen as "Mrs. Stevens County" will become an ambassador from the Stevens County area and will receive the official title and sash.

The woman chosen as Mrs. Minnesota will receive a prize package worth $7,000 and the chance to represent Minnesota at the 2013 Mrs. International

Pageant in July.

The American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" is the Official charity

of the Mrs. Minnesota pageant and receives a portion of the Minnesota

The current reigning 2012 Mrs. Minnesota is Sarah Bazey of Minneapolis.

Traveling all across the state, Sarah speaks on her platform "Dare to Soar"- Burn Survivors Offering Assistance in Recovery. Sarah began her journey on Oct. 26, 1994 when she miraculously survived a helicopter crash. Sarah suffered severe burns to 40 percent of her body and face and life as she knew it changed forever. Over one million people are burned each year-burns do not discriminate and can happen to anyone at any time.

Competitions in the pageant are: personal interview, aerobic wear and

evening gown. There are no talent or swimsuit competitions.
