Sons of Norway Norskfodt Lodge installs 2009 officers

The Sons of Norway Norskfodt Lodge 590 installed officers for 2009 on Feb. 16.

The lodge members meet the third Monday of every month except July and August at the Morris American Legion.

Leroy Aker will service as lodge President. Here are the other 2009 officers:

Executive Officers -- Vice President Marilyn Syverson; Treasurer Esther Steuck; Secretary Marilyn Syverson; Membership Secretary Arvin Graff; Counselor Edgar Johnson.

Program Directors -- Foundation Director Clarice Dieter; Sports Director Marilyn Syverson; Cultural Director Marilyn Syverson; Social Director Clarice Dieter; Youth Director Marilyn Syverson.

Support Directors -- Librarian Ardath Larson; Historian Joanne Graff; Trustees Ardath Larson and Bernice Erdahl; Greeters Sylvia Yarger and Clarice Dieter; Marshal Andrew Brevig; Assistant Marshal George Dieter; Publicity Director Sharen Aker; Editor Marilyn Syverson; Assistant Editor Ardath Larson; Mailer Betty Waage; Auditors Allan Saugstad and Truman Carlson.

Installing Officer is Sherman Waage.
