Starbuck man, Level 3 sex offender, arrested on sex charges (October 2011)
STARBUCK -- Law enforcement officials have arrested Starbuck man who is classified as a Level Three Sex Offender on charges of criminal sexual conduct.

According to a news release from Starbuck Police Chief Jim Minion, Ryan Emmett Moore, 33, of Starbuck, was arrested Tuesday after officers served a search warrant on Moore's residence. He faces charges of first- and third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Agencies involved in the arrest include the Starbuck Police, Buffalo Police Department, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the West Central Drug Task Force.
