Storm boys defeat Windom 12-3

The Morris Benson Area boys moved one step closer to winning the Southwest Conference title with a 12-3 win over Windom/Mountain Lake-Butterfield-Odin Saturday in Benson.

Tyler Hansen scored three goals in the first period, two of them short-handed, and had four goals overall to lead the Storm.

Luke Schwarz had two goals in the first period and two assists.

Six other players scored one goal apiece fro MBA: Jordan Staples, Mac Beyer, Jake Huston, Brody Gimberlin, Ethan Ratliff-Crain, and Isaac Berens.

Tanner Picht recorded three assists and Kelly Engquist had two assists.
