Storm girls pick up second win at Windom

The Morris Benson Area girls defeated Windom for the second time this season with a 3-2 score Saturday.

The Storm out shot Windom 43-28.

Abby Daly scored the game's first goal with an assist from Kayla Benson in the second period. Windom answered just over 30 seconds later to tie it up 1-1.

Hanna Lindblad took advantage of a power play in the third period to regain the Storm lead. Then Morgan DeHaan put the Storm up 3-1 off an assist from Holli Christians.

Shianne Wold had 26 saves for the Storm. The Windom goalie stopped 40 Storm shots.
