Players were selected at the Spring Festival in April. Those players participated in a weeklong training camp. The 102 players were divided into six teams which played a round robin schedule of games, attended training sessions, and classroom sessions daily.

Staff at the Summer Festival included prominent college and high school coaches teamed with current and former college hockey players to serve as coaches, role models, and counselors for each team.

Staff rank the top 20 players who are selected to represent Minnesota Hockey at the USA Hockey National Select 15 Development Camp held July 26-August 1 at Rochester, N.Y.

The Girls' Hockey Summer Advanced 15 Festival was held June 14-19 at Minnesota State University Mankato.

Schultz, a forward, was placed with Team Orange and was coached by Aaron Haupert of St. Mary's University and Pat Michaud of St. Benedict's.

Rajewsky played forward for Team Blue. Her coaches were Laura Slominski from the University of Minnesota and Shane Veenker of Bemidji State.

The Boys' Hockey Summer Advanced 15 Festival was held June 14-19 at St. Cloud State University.

Hansen played forward for the Red Team. The team's head coach was Bill Thoreson of Andover with assistants Jim Enrster of Brainerd and Dennis Bushy of Moorhead.
