
Storm winning streak ends at Marshall
The Storm's winning streak ended Thursday in Marshall with a 5-2 loss to the Tigers.
Marshall held a 1-0 advantage after one period of play, and increased the lead to 2-0 in the second. The Storm's Mac Beyer answered less than 30 seconds later on an assist from Tanner Picht. However, the Tigers added two more before the break.
Andrew Rentz netted a power-play goal for the Storm early in the third period to make it 4-2, but Marshall got one more goal a few minutes later.
