All three brothers allegedly responsible for murdering their mother and then hiding and later burying her body have been charged in the case.
Dylan Cody Clemens, 25, was charged in Stevens County District Court on Tuesday with being an accessory after the fact in the murder of his mother, Tamara Lee Mason, 49.
Mason's remains were found July 7 in the backyard of the Alberta home where she lived with her sons.
