Tiger basketball teams take on Cowboys Saturday

Both the Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta boys' and girls' basketball teams will be taking on the Cowboys in Breckenridge Saturday.

The Tiger boys will be coming off a string of three tough contests when they meet the Cowboys. The Breckenridge boys have won three straight and are 6-11 overall and 3-7 in the Heart O' Lakes Conference.

After a week-long break, the Tiger girls will be playing back-to-back games, hosting Montevideo Friday night. The Breckenridge girls have won four straight and are 11-8 overall, 5-4 in the conference.

Both C-squad games will be held at the Breckenridge Middle School. The girls tip off at 3 p.m. and the boys' game will follow at 4:30 p.m.

The B-squads will play at the High School. The girls' game is set to start at 3 p.m. with the boys playing at 4:30 p.m.

The varsity games will also be played at the high school. The girls tip off at 6 p.m. and the boys' game will begin at 7:30 p.m.
