A note from Principal Mike Coquyt -
Parent teacher conferences are just around the corner. Parent Teacher Conferences will be held Nov. 11 in the high school. They will be held from 11 - 1 p.m., 2-5 p.m., and 6-8 p.m. Conferences will be held in the high school gymnasium. The teachers will be located in various spots and the parents can, at their leisure, talk to any teacher they choose. Once you arrive at the high school, you can stop at the front of the gym and you will be able to pick up your child's report card and MCA-II results from last spring. Mr. Coquyt will be providing information in the form of a short presentation on the GRAD 9th grade Writing, 10th Reading, and 11th Math tests. These presentations will be advertised (time and location) in the front of the gymnasium. If you have any questions about these tests or about how to decipher the Individual Student Report (ISR), make sure you ask Mr. Coquyt.
There will also be information about our College in the School courses that students can take for college credit. College in the School courses are taught here at the high school, by our teachers, and the best part of it is that the students enrolled in these courses can earn college credit. If you would like more information about our College in the School offerings, please pick up a brochure or talk to Mr. Coquyt.
