Tiger boys' track team wins again

The Morris Area boys' track and field team notched another first-place finish Thursday at the Little Crow Invitational in New London. The Tigers accumulated 113 points to lead the field of 12 teams.

Th 4X200 relay team of Lincoln Arnold, Corey Nohl, Taylor Nohl, and Matt Wulf took first place with a time of 1:34.52.

The 4X400 relay team of Lincoln Arnold, Wulf, Corey Nohl, and Taylor Nohl also placed first with a time of 3:32.73.

Lincoln Arnold crossed the finish line first in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.38.

Stefan Lemke won the 3200-meter run with a time of 10:44.35.

Lemke placed second in the 1600-meter run with a time of 4:46.93.

Jackson Henrich placed second in the discus throw with a distance of 146 feet, 2 inches.

Taylor Nohl placed second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.59.

Cody Cannon placed third in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 42.51.

Cannon tied for third place in the pole vault with a height of 11-0.

Wulf finished fourth in the 800-meter with a time of 2:08.97.

Corey Nohl placed fourth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.82.

Cannon placed fourth in the triple jump with a distance of 37-10.5 and in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 17.26.

The 4X800 relay team of Nathan Fangmeier, Eric Goette, Roy Reese, and Sean Brustuen placed fifth with a time of 9:38.76.

Josh Love placed fifth in the shot put with a throw of 45 feet, 2.5 inches.

Henrich took fifth in the triple jump with a 37-4.

Goette placed sixth in the pole vault with a 10-6.

Reese finished the 3200-meter in seventh place with a time of 11:21.42.

Ross Larson was eighth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.08.
