Tiger girls come from behind to down the Lakers

Despite trailing at halftime, Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta kept a hold on second place in the West Central South Conference girls' basketball race by defeating Minnewaska 48-34 Tuesday.

The Tigers are now 6-2 in the conference and 9-3 overall. The Lakers fall to 2-5 and 4-9.

Morris/C-A trails Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City by two games in the conference race.
