Tiger girls improve to 4-3 with win in Herman
Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta returned to action after the holiday break with a 59-54 win over Wheaton/Herman-Norcross Tuesday. With the victory, the Tigers improve to 4-3 in girls' basketball.
After a 22-19 halftime deficit, the Tigers scored 40 points in the second half to turn the game around.
Erin Schieler scored 22 points to lead the Tigers. Katie Holzheimer added 14 points and Erica Domnick 10.
Tracy Boehmlehner paced Wheaton/Herman-Norcross with 16 points, Roseanna Wilts had 12, and Cassie Fox 10.
