The Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta tennis team was shut out by a pair of  strong teams, Montevideo and Melrose. The Tigers fell to Montevideo 7-0 on Thursday, Sept. 12 and to Melrose 7-0 on Tuesday, Sept. 17.

Montevideo 7, Morris 0

At first singles Abbie Olson lost to Kailey Maroney 6-3, 7-5.

At second singles Kaitlin Vogel lost to Morgan Reidinger 6-1, 6-1.

At third singles Katie Cannon lost to Ashley Hoehnel 6-1, 6-2.

At fourth singles Maddie Hennen lost to Tina Lipinski 6-4, 6-1.

At first doubles Carly Gullickson and Brittany Cardwell lost to Nikki Erickson and Macy Peters 6-3, 6-4.

At second doubles Hannah Breeggemann and Annie Brandt lost to Jessa Kack and Mikaela Erickson 6-0, 6-4.

At third doubles Jessica Burks and Rachel Wagner lost to Avery Koosmann and Natasha Smith 6-2, 7-5.

At first singles Abbie Olson lost to Grace Brang 6-3, 6-1.

At second singles Kaitlin Vogel  lost to Elisha Engelmeyer  6-0, 6-1.

At third singles Katie Cannon lost to Jailyn Brinkman 6-2, 6-0.

At fourth singles Maddie Hennen lost to Becky Klaphake 6-1, 6-0.

At first doubles Carly Gullickson and Kjersa Anderson lost to Madi Rausch and Kennedy Meyer 6-0, 6-2.

At second doubles Brittany Cardwell and Hannah Breeggemann lost to Kelly Kennedy and Sheila Poepping 6-1, 6-1.

At third doubles Annie Brandt and Jessica Burks lost to Katie Schulzenberg and Madison Worms 6-1, 6-0.
