Tigers attack early in win over Falcons

The Tigers held on for a 10-5 win over the Falcons on Friday, May 9.
Bryce and Brady Jergenson each had two hits, and Bryce Jergenson scored three times.
Noah Grove was 1-for-4 with a double and two runs.
Danny Tracy was the winning pitcher in relief, going five innings and striking out three.
The junior varsity also took the win over A-C-GC 8-4, scoring six runs in the first three innings, including a four-run second.
Sean Amundson was 2-for-5 with a double and RBI.
Jared Anderson was 2-for-3 with two RBI to lead the JV Tigers to victory over the Falcons.
Three JV Tigers shared duties on the mound. Mitchell Torgerson started the game and pitched three innings allowing four runs on four hits. Phillip Anderson struck out five, allowing no runs on three hits and two walks with his 3.66 innings pitched. Sean Amundson came in to strike out the final batter of the game. The JV Tigers committed six errors, but managed to pick up the 8-4 win and now hold a 7-1 record.
Today's game against Montevideo was rescheduled to Friday, May 16 at 6 p.m. The Tigers next game is hosting Minnewaska on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
