Eleven Tigers earned All-West Central Conference honors in girls' track and field. They are (front row, left to right) Beth Holland, Adrianela Mendez, Julia Sauder, Hunter Mundal, Anna Grove, (back row) Sydney Engebretson, Katie Holzheimer, MaKenzie Smith, Kourtney Giese, Rachel Rausch, and Savannah Aanerud. Tigers cap off successful season at state track & field meet

The Morris Area/ Chokio-Alberta girls' track and field team finished a successful season with entrants in six events at the Minnesota State Meet. The Tigers brought home ribbons in three of those events.


"It was a very exciting season," said coach Mark Ekren.

The Tigers set a new record in the 4X100 relay of 51.24.

The team of Adrianela Mendez, Beth Holland, Katie Holzheimer, and Sydney Engebretson broke the Tigers' 35-year-old record.
