The Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers stayed in the thick of the West Central Conference North race with a home win over the Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcons on Tuesday night.

Beth Holland scored 24 points and Abbie Olson scored 15 points and had six rebounds and three assists.

Lauren Reimers finished with five points and eight steals and Becca Holland had six points and seven steals.

Jacey Nelson led the Falcons with 16 points.

The Tigers improved to 12-2 in the WCN. Sauk Centre entered Tuesday at 12-1 and Montevideo was 13-2.

The Tigers play host to No. 1 in Section 6AA-South, the New London-Spicer Wildcats (5-0, 17-4) at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20.

Next week for the Tigers, their last game of the regular season in Sauk Centre has been moved from Tuesday night to Monday, Feb. 24 at 7:30 p.m. Monday nights game will be a varsity only match.
