Tigers host gymnastics invitational

Morris Area hosted five gymnastics teams for the Tiger Invitational Saturday, Dec. 12.

New London-Spicer took first place with a team total of 132.275. Benson/Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg placed second with 113.225. Frazee-Vergas finished third with 112.3. Long Prairie-Grey Eagle placed fourth with 110.175. Ortonville finished fifth with 104.3. The Tigers took sixth place with 97.5 points.

In all-around competition, juniors Rachel Moser and Cammi Aanerud placed 13th and 14th, respectively.

Aanerud had the highest placing for the Tigers, taking eighth with her floor routine.
