The TIger defense held Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City, the 2008 section runner-up, to only one touchdown. A big Tanner Berning interception helped the cause in the first half.
On the offensive side, Tigers Eric Riley and Tyler Hansen each broke the 100-yard mark in rushing.
Tied 6-6, the Tigers took control of the game starting the second half with a 90-yard kick return touchdown by Hansen.
Next Friday, the Tigers travel to Minnewaska for a conference match up with the Lakers.
