Unbeaten Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta shot a torrid 62 percent from the field to defeat Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City 90-44 in a West Central Conference South boys' basketball game Monday in Grove City.

The Tigers improve to 9-0 in the conference and 14-0 overall.

On Thursday, the Tigers host Montevideo. The Thunder Hawks are 7-2 in the conference.

Cory Hennen had 21 points, Jackson Henrich had 14, and Eric Riley and Lincoln Arnold added 10 apiece to spark the Tigers' offense. Seven other players also scored.

The Tigers hit six of 11 from three-point range.

Corey Nohl grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Tigers on the boards.

Mitchell Tauer and Trever Heining accounted for nearly 70 percent of the Falcons' offense as Tauer netted 17 points and Heining followed with 13.
