Tigers' winning streak ends at Alexandria
Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta's five-game winning streak was cut short by the Cardinals 46-39 Tuesday in Alexandria.
"Cold shooting and good defense by the Cardinals were the story in this game as the Class AAA Cards had just enough offense to upend the Tigers," explained coach Mark Torgerson.
The Tigers shot only 32 percent, far off their season average of 46 percent.
