Two people found dead at residence north of Benson, Minn.
BENSON -- Authorities are investigating the deaths of a 45-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man who were found dead last night at a home north of Benson.

According to a news release from the Swift County Sheriff's Office, officers were asked to conduct a welfare check at about 8:26 p.m. Wednesday at a residence north of Benson.
When they arrived, deputies were met by family members.
The Benson Ambulance was called to the scene, where both individuals were found dead.
At this time, the investigation is open and ongoing, according to the sheriff's department.
Agencies involved were the Swift County Sheriff's Office, the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Benson Ambulance and the Benson Police Department.
