Two Morris artists will be among 18 graduating seniors from the studio art program at the University of Minnesota, Morris with works featured during the 2008 Senior Art Show 2008 April 24 to May 17.
A public opening reception for the exhibit will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, April 24, in the Humanities Fine Arts (HFA) Gallery. Refreshments will be served and recognition will be given to the graduating seniors.
Ben Wellendorf, a senior working in drawing and printmaking, and Cassandra Luetmer, a senior working in ceramics and sculpture, will have works exhibited.
Works in ceramics, sculpture, digital imaging, drawing, painting, photography and printmaking created via each student's medium of choice will be represented in the exhibit. HFA Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday - Thursday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday; 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday.
