Intergalactic Nemesis Performance

Inspired by Raiders of the Lost Ark, Star Wars, and the pulp serials of the 1930s, The Intergalactic Nemesis is a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience appropriate for all ages. The University of Minnesota, Morris is proud and excited to provide this performance opportunity to the campus and community on Saturday, Nov. 12, at 7:30 p.m. in the Student Center's Edson Auditorium. Jazz Combo Concert

The Jazz Combo will perform Saturday, Nov. 12, at 7:30 p.m. in Humanities Fine Arts Recital Hall.

American Indian Book Fair

An American Indian Book Fair will be held on Monday, Nov. 14, and Tuesday, Nov. 15, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. in the Student Center's Oyate Hall-Alumni Room.

Feminism and its Intersections Film Series

The Feminism and its Intersections Film Series is free and open to the public on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. in Imholte Hall 109.

Fall Theatre Discipline Performance --Anything Goes

The University of Minnesota, Morris Theatre Discipline opens its 2011-12 season with Cole Porter's Anything Goes. The rollicking musical comedy will be performed in the Humanities Fine Arts Raymond J. Lammers Proscenium Theatre on Nov. 16-19. Performances are Wednesday through Saturday evenings at 7:30 p.m., with an additional 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday. Asking the Big Questions

The next gathering of the monthly Asking the Big Questions campus/community discussion series is on Thursday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m. in the library's McGinnis Room. Explore the history of American Indian tribes and Minnesota. History professor Kent Blansett will give a brief overview. Discussion will follow. Snacks and refreshments served at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Free Movie Night

The UMM Alumni Association is happy to host a free movie night on Thursday, Nov. 17, 9 p.m. at the Morris Theatre, 12 East Sixth Street. All students and members of the community are invited for a free night at the movies!

Open Mic Night

CAC Concerts will host an Open Mic Night on Thursday, Nov. 17, at 9:30 p.m. in the Student Center's Turtle Mountain Cafe.

CAC Films presents Taxi Driver

On Friday, Nov. 18, the Campus Activities Council (CAC) will be showing Taxi Driver at 9:30 p.m. in the Student Center's Edson Auditorium. The film is free and open to the public.

Honors Lecture
