Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday
On Monday, Jan. 21, administrative offices will be closed in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. No classes will be held.
MLK Day of Service/January Community Meal
The Office of Community Engagement and the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Intercultural Programs invite members of the campus and greater community to participate in the fourth annual MLK Day of Service on Jan. 21, 2013, beginning at 1 p.m. in the Student Center's Oyate Hall. A community meal will begin at 5 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church (108 West 8th Street, Morris).
Matt Patinode & Trio Carrefour Performance
On Tuesday, Jan. 22, there will be a musical performance by Matt Patinode & Trio Carrefour in the Humanities Fine Arts Recital Hall beginning at 7 p.m.
Faculty Recital - Preston Duncan, Saxophone, Ann DuHamel, Piano
On Thursday, Jan. 24, there will a faculty music recital performed by Preston Duncan and Ann DuHamel in the Humanities Fine Arts Recital Hall beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Russian Conversation Table
The Russian Conversation table is an informal opportunity to converse in Russian. People with all levels of proficiency are welcome! It is held every Friday at 4:30 p.m. in the Student Center's Turtle Mountain Cafe.
So Percussion
So Percussion will perform on Saturday, Jan. 26, at 7:30 p.m. in the Humanities Fine Arts Recital Hall. Known for its use of unusual and exotic instruments such as toy pianos, hammers, a glockenspiel, and an amplified cactus, the Brooklyn-based quartet promises an evening not soon to be forgotten. This is the fourth event in the 2012-13 Performing Arts Series.

On Sunday, Jan. 27, there will a faculty music recital performed by Therese Sutula in the Humanities Fine Arts Recital Hall beginning at 3 p.m.
