UMM students: Senate votes vital even as race drags on

ST. PAUL - Minnesotans may be sick of hearing about the seemingly never-ending U.S. Senate election, recount and, now, trial, but many say that in the end it may produce more confidence in the electoral system.
"Knowing how close it is, makes it clear each vote matters and is significant," said John Jones, a University of Minnesota, Morris elementary education sophomore.
