UPDATE: Highway 28 in Big Stone, Stevens, Pope counties reopened

Travel conditions in West Central Minnesota, leading the Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Minnesota State Patrol to reopen Highway 28 in Stevens, Big Stone and Pope counties on Saturday night.

County plows will begin work at 4 a.m. Sunday.

The highways were closed Friday at 4 p.m.
