UPDATE: Morris woman killed in car crash

A 77-year-old Morris woman was killed Wednesday morning in a head-on crash near the Minnewaska Area High School.

Margaret E. Miller died from injuries sustained in the accident at about 8 a.m., the Minnesota State Patrol reported.

Miller, in a 2000 Dodge Stratus, was driving east on Highway 28 west of Glenwood. A 16-year-old male, driving a 1987 Porsche, was traveling west when the vehicles collided.

Miller was transported to Glenwood Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The 16-year-old male driver was airlifted to St. Cloud Hospital, in critical condition, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. He has not yet been identified.
