The walk begins at 11:30 a.m. at Someplace Safe of Stevens County, 202 Atlantic Ave., in Morris.

All participants will receive a free t-shirt and free lunch.

Walk sponsor Someplace Safe is asking that walkers to gather pledges in support of their participation and ending sexual violence.

A pledge form is available through Someplace Safe. All proceeds will benefit Someplace Safe of Stevens County.

Last year, the first-annual walk raised more than $1,100, with almost 50 participants.
