Weather Service: 39 below wind chill at Clara City and Morris this morning
CHANHASSEN — The National Weather Service reports that the coldest wind chill of the current storm was recorded around 9:30 a.m. today near Clara City and around 7:30 a.m. today near Morris.
The MnDOT sensor along State Highway 23 about 2 miles west of Clara City recorded a 39 below wind chill, which was matched by a 39 below reading at the Morris airport.
