Women's soccer erupts for five goals in win over Yellow Jackets

Zoe Bergstrom and Leah Parker each scored two goals as the University of Minnesota, Morris women's soccer team rode an offensive wave to a 5-1 win over the University of Wisconsin, Superior Monday.


Playing on the road, the Cougars' Parker opened the scoring just 9:16 into the match, giving UMM the early 1-0 lead, and their first lead of the 2010 season. The goal was the first of two for Parker, who added an insurance goal later in the match, giving the Cougars a 3-1 lead.
