'Your Legislators' TV program to premier Thursday

Appleton, Minn. -- Pioneer Public Television's Your Legislators will premiere on Thursday, January 10. The 8 p.m. live question and answer program will feature legislators from both the House of Representatives and the Senate.

Your Legislators provides an opportunity for Minnesota residents to present questions to the state's leadership. Viewers are encouraged to call in questions at 1-800-726-3178 or e-mail yourlegislators@pioneer.org during the hour-long program.

This statewide broadcast is hosted weekly by Barry Anderson who stated, "It's been wonderful serving as the moderator for Your Legislators all these years. It is a terrific program providing a forum and allowing citizens to participate in our democracy through the power of public television."

Pioneer Public Television is a viewer supported educational television facility entrusted to promote economic development by facilitating educational growth, supporting cultural opportunities and enhancing the quality of life in our broadcast area. Programming may be currently viewed on KWCM Channel 10 from Appleton, KSMN Channel 20 from Worthington and UHF Channel 49 from Fergus Falls.
