Fire hits Chokio business
A fire on Thursday morning destroyed most of Jerry's Welding in downtown Chokio.

CHOKIO - A Thursday morning fire destroyed most of Jerry's Welding, a business in downtown Chokio.
The Chokio Fire Department, along with the Chokio First Responders, Morris Fire Department and Stevens County Sheriff's Office responded to the incident.
According to a report from KMRS/KKOK, the fire department is still investigating the official cause of the fire and has not released an estimate of the damage.
