UMM to host tournament games Thursday
Both University of Minnesota, Morris basketball teams will host an Upper Midwest Athletic Conference play-off game Thursday at the P.E. Center. The Cougar women are the No. 1 seed and will play Presentation College at 5:30 p.m. The No. 2 seeded Cougar men take on Bethany Lutheran at 7:30 p.m.

Cougar women earn No. 1 seed in UMAC
The University of Minnesota, Morris women’s basketball team entered the weekend tied for first in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference. After winning both games, along with a Northland loss to Martin Luther, the Cougars earned the outright No. 1 seed in the UMAC.

The Cougars finish the regular season 9-5 in the conference and 13-12 overall. They earned the No. 2 seed in the UMAC and host a semifinal game this Thursday at the P.E. Center.
