A West Duluth bakery sustained damage to its exterior Thursday when a car struck the building, apparently after the driver had become disoriented by inhaling from a can of compressed air, Duluth police said.

Early Friday morning, two law enforcement agencies were engaged in a high-speed chase through three counties, including Hubbard County, at speeds that exceeded 100 mph.
