PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Date: May 29, 2014 YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT: 1.Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated May 5, 2003 executed by Karla S. Peterson, n/k/a Karla S. Gollop, as Mortgagor(s), to Wadena State Bank, as Mortgagee(s), and filed for record May 13, 2003, as Document Number 202625, in the Office of the County Recorder of Wadena County, Minnesota.
