Pat and Lonnie Anderson don't appear creepy as they pass out hot cider on Halloween. Pat Anderson even drops to one knee to place a lighted plastic glow necklace around a toddler's neck. They are friendly and smiley, but there lawn sure was creepy. The Andersons decorate their lawns, front side and back at the corner of East Second Street and Circle Pines for Halloween each year. "This is our 15th year. We love it," Pat Anderson said. "It's just so much fun."
