Funeral services for Ilah Mae Grote of Morris, MN will be held Monday, March 22, 2010 at 10:30 AM at Federated Church in Morris. Reverend Hilda Parks will be officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 21 from 4 to 6 PM at the Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris and for one hour prior to services at the church on Monday. Burial will be in Summit Cemetery in Morris. Ilah Mae LaSage, daughter of Arthur and Hazel (White) LeSage, was born December 9, 1910 in Scott Township in Stevens County, Minnesota. She attended school and graduated from Alberta High School where she played basketball.
Funeral services for Marvin Holmen, formerly of Morris will be held Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Faith Lutheran Church in Morris. Reverend Dell Sanderson will be officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday. Burial will be at Summit Cemetery in Morris. Military rites will be provided by the Morris American Legion, VFW and AmVets. On March 15 2010, our loving Father, Grandfather and Friend, Marvin A Holmen passed away at the age of 91.
Funeral services for Luella Lewis of Morris will be held Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. at the Federated Church in Morris. Reverend Hilda Parks will be officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday. Interment will be at the Veterans Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ, at a later date. Luella (Lou) Rosamond Anderson Lewis was born on July 29, 1921, in Flaxville, Montana, to Frans and Mathilda (Peterson) Anderson. She grew up and attended school in Balaton, MN. On September 25, 1945, she was united in marriage to Raymond R. Lewis of Spicer, MN.

Donald Dwayne Leuthardt, son of Peter and Agnes (Barlage) Leuthardt, was born June 17, 1935 in Chokio, Minnesota. He was baptized on July 3, 1935 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Graceville by Father P.J. O'Connor.

Visitation was held Sunday, March 14, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris and for one hour prior to services at the church on Monday. Burial was at Summit Cemetery in Morris. Military rites were provided by the Morris American Legion, VFW and AmVets. Alan Robert Tonn, son of Herbert and Emma (Weidler) Tonn was born on October 9, 1931 in Morris. He grew up on his parent's farm near Hancock.
Dona Agosti, age 85, formerly of Donnelly passed away peacefully on March 9, 2010 at the Anchorage Pioneer Home of Parkinson's disease. Funeral services will be at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish on Saturday, March 13 with the rosary at noon, mass at 1 p.m., reception to follow. Internment will be at the Anchorage Memorial Park Cemetery this summer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Catholic Social Services, National Parkinson's Foundation, Hospice of Anchorage, or the charity of the donor's choice. www.legacy.com

Arnold Jerome Auel was born Jan. 11, 1925, in Leaf River Township, Wadena County, the son of George and Gladys (Lawson) Auel. Arnold's baptism was at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Wadena. In June 1938, he was confirmed catholic as Arnold Jerome William Auel. Arnold was raised and schooled in the Wadena area. Following his schooling he worked alongside his father on farms in Minnesota and North Dakota to help support the family. In 1943 Arnold was drafted into the US Navy.
Donald Kenneth Wilson passed away comfortably on Feb. 27, 2010 at Glacial Ridge Hospital in Glenwood. Services were on Wednesday, March 3, at 11 a.m. Military rites were provided by the Morris American Legion, AmVets and VFW. Donald Kenneth Wilson, son of Charles and Louise (Burmeister) Wilson, was born March 1, 1917 in Iona. He grew up in Slayton. Upon graduation from high school he joined the CCC, where he served for 2 years in the Ely area. In 1937, Don joined the Navy serving 8 years. He served on the USS Enterprise. He received an Honorable Discharge on Dec. 22, 1945.
