CNIA 32nd Annual Powwow The Circle of Nations Indigenous Association (CNIA) will hold its 32nd Annual CNIA Powwow on Saturday, April 9, in the P.E. Center Gymnasium from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Grand Entry, a procession of all dancers into the dance arena, will occur at 1 and 7 p.m. Jazz Fest 2016
UMM Concert Choir Homecoming Concert The UMM Concert Choir Tour will finish with a homecoming concert on Sunday, April 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the Humanities Fine Arts Recital Hall. Second-half Term Begins Classes begin for second-half term on Monday, March, 21. Asking the Big Questions Come explore the topic of "The Sixth Extinction" on Monday, March 21 at 7 p.m. in Rodney A. Briggs Library 160. Five times before in Earth's past mass extinctions have taken place. We are currently entering a sixth event, but this time it is man-made. Pete Wyckoff, professor in biology, will give an overview of species affected and what this means for us as stewards of the planet. Discussion will follow.
